My story
How I became a meeting culture practitioner — and why this topic won't let me go.
I've always believed that collaboration is a company's greatest force. But having worked with various organizations for years, I noticed a recurring pattern: the more an organization grew, the more time people spent in meetings that led nowhere.
It's not just a waste of time — it kills motivation. When people come together, it should be a place of creating energy, not draining it.
Why meetings?
About eight years ago, I started systematically experimenting with meeting design. I experimented with different structures, agendas, and rules. I discovered that small changes can multiply the effectiveness of meetings many times over.
Today, I help companies improve their communication culture, avoid burnout from inefficiency, and design meetings that work for everyone.
My beliefs
Time is precious
Every hour saved creates value elsewhere. Let's not waste each other's time.
Purpose drives progress
Without a clear purpose, there shouldn't even be a calendar invite.
People first
Processes and rules should support people, not the other way around.
